Lesson 8 focuses on three basic hook strokes:
Oblique Hook, Reclining Hook, Curved Hook
What You Will Learn
1. Oblique Hook
– Start with a light press, curve down-right, gradually increase strength.
– Pause briefly, then hook quickly up-right.
2. Reclining Hook
– Start lightly, curve gently like lying down. - Pause, then hook up-left.
3. Curved Hook
– Start lightly, curve smoothly downward.
– Keep upright, then hook sharply up-left.
